The short version

Flip-7 Companion collects nothing. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs. The app contains no networking code at all — there is no server for your data to go to, because there is no server.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter stays on your device:

• Player names you type when setting up a game
• The in-progress game, so closing the app mid-round is safe
• Finished game history and lifetime player statistics

This is written to your device's own app storage. If you are signed in to iCloud, it is also mirrored into your private iCloud key-value storage so it follows your Apple ID to your other devices and survives a reinstall. That iCloud container belongs to you and to Apple's platform — the developer has no access to it and cannot read its contents.

What is never collected

• No name, email address, or account of any kind
• No location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• No device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage analytics
• No tracking across apps or websites, by anyone

The player names you type are yours alone — typically first names or nicknames of people at your table. They are never transmitted anywhere.

Deleting your data

Player statistics and game history can each be cleared from the Player stats screen at any time. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device; to also remove the iCloud copy, turn off iCloud for this app in your device's iCloud settings before deleting it.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Any change that involved collecting data would also require an app update and a corresponding change to the App Store privacy labels.
